DNS Group Class - PTWorks+
Master the foundation of natural movement for injury prevention and performance.
Service Description
Learn Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization as a Complete System Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a movement system based on how humans naturally develop posture, stability, and coordination. DNS focuses on restoring efficient movement patterns that support daily activity, training, and long‑term injury prevention. DNS is something we frequently introduce during physical therapy sessions at Physical Therapyworks. However, due to time constraints, patients are typically exposed to only parts of the system. DNS Group Classes through PTWorks+ are designed to go deeper. In these small‑group classes, participants learn DNS as a complete system, including principles, developmental positions, progressions, and eventually integrated movement flows, so the work can be applied more effectively in daily life and exercise. What Makes These Classes Different -Small groups (1–4 participants) -Led by Physical Therapyworks clinicians trained in DNS -Individualized cueing and corrections -Focus on understanding and control, not intensity -Progression‑based and clinically informed Who DNS Group Classes Are For -Current or former physical therapy patients -Individuals with a history of recurring pain or injury -Active people who want better movement control -Anyone focused on prevention and long‑term movement health
