GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

This 1-hour combination class has a LEARNING portion and a WORKOUT portion.
Each week we’ll rotate the equipment: one week we’ll use barbells, next we’ll use kettlebells, then dumbbells.
PART 1: LEARN (20min): Learn 4-5 exercises
Cover all major muscle groups for a full body workout through large compound movements
Develop an understanding of target muscle groups, ideal form, and acceptable variations to accommodate special limitations.
Exercises selected through collaboration with your physical therapist, variations personalized for your rehabilitation journey.
PART 2: WORKOUT (40min): Work up a sweat!
Do the exercises you've learned as a full body workout
Circuit-style workout moving from exercise to exercise to keep your heart rate up.

Guided by Physical Therapyworks personal trainer Brit Hirsch who has a professional background in working in close collaboration with physical therapists.
Does insurance cover this class?
Unfortunately no, this class is not covered by insurance.
The workshop is held indoors. Masks are required for the entire 60-minute session.
