The "Essential Five" Monthly Blueprint
Rather than overwhelming you with a different workout every day, we focus on mastery. This program is a monthly subscription: one flat fee that covers your entire month of training, coaching, and digital access.
Every month, you receive a new Full-Body Blueprint consisting of five primary exercises. By repeating these specific movements, you build the muscle memory and mechanical efficiency needed to stay injury-free.ed to stay injury-free.
Your Bridge Month Includes:
2 In-Person Coaching Sessions (Saturdays / 50 min): Meet at the clinic in a small group setting to master your month's blueprint. We provide real-time adjustments and modifications tailored specifically to your current fitness level and injury history.
6 Independent App-Based Workouts: We get you set up on our training app where you will log your workouts twice a week (e.g., every Tuesday and Saturday).
Expert Oversight: Because your training happens in our clinical environment, your program is informed by the same biomechanical principles used in physical therapy.
