THE BIG THREE: Back Squat, Conventional Deadlift, and Bench Press.
BREATHE FOR STRENGTH: Maximize your core stability by using your breath, specifically the Valsalva Maneuver.
VARIATION OPTIONS: Explore available lifting variations to best suit your unique anatomy. For example, you can adjust the angle of your feet and knees or the depth of your squat to suit your current skill-level or comfort.
SELF-COACHING: Learn to improve your form on your own by recording yourself with the "Coach's Eye" app
OPTIMIZE YOUR FORM
Whether you're new to lifting with a barbell or you're an intermediate barbell lifter, this small group workshop is for you. In this 90-minute hands-on session, you'll receive in-depth instruction on optimal form in the squat, deadlift, and bench press, for "The Big Three" powerlifting movements, from our Barbell Rehab Method Certified Personal Trainer, Brit Hirsch. By the end of the session you will learn the tools needed to improve the safety and efficiency of your squat, deadlift, and bench press barbell lifts.
The workshop is held indoors. Masks are required for the entire 90-minute session.
