As a former patient of Physical Therapyworks, Suzanne is a true believer in the effectiveness of physical therapy combined with the strengthening and stretching benefits of yoga. Suzanne is a certified yoga instructor who specializes in teaching proper body alignment. She particularly enjoys introducing the practice of yoga to novices for truly effective low-impact exercise and strengthening. Suzanne believes that a strong, limber body is the key to injury prevention and overall well-being.

Nathalie has nearly two decades of experience in health and wellness, including both Pilates Instruction and Personal Fitness Training. She enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals, whether their intention is to get in shape, to increase their level of performance, or to feel more healthy. She loves to treat the entire client and help people make the changes necessary to lead a healthier and more well balanced life.

Danya Sher - Personal Trainer Danya Sher

Danya Sher, BS Kinesiology, NASM, ISSA, began her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer while she was studying Kinesiology at San Diego State University in 2003. After graduating in 2006 she moved up to Los Angeles and started her own private business taking exercise to clients homes and parks. Having always been an athlete growing up, she is passionate about a healthy lifestyle and enjoys educating her clients and those around her.

Danya has had a wide variety of clients from all ages and fitness levels. Her experience includes clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, Paraplegia, Autism, Obesity, and Special Needs. She has trained young children, teens, athletes, elderly seniors, and young adults. Her philosophy is to take it one day, one workout, one meal, and one goal at a time.

Patricia Zehentmayr - Meditation Instructor Patricia Zehentmayr

Patricia began her journey with meditation in 1996 when she learned Transcendental Meditation on the advice of her doctor. After that, she studied with Chi Gong master George Falcon for five years, learning many different types of meditation, internal and external Chi Gong, and general quietude.

She has a BA from UCLA and taught Pilates at Physical Therapyworks from 2002 to 2005.

Elizabeth Kraut is a Board Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of California and a Nationally Certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University and a Masters’ Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is also a member of the California State Oriental Medical Association.

Elizabeth uses acupuncture as well as other modalities such as cupping, electro-stim, moxibustion, herbal medicine, nutrition and tuina to provide the most beneficial and holistic treatment for you. She helps many patients manage pain and also treats people with digestive disorders, stress, depression, women’s health and facial rejuvenation.
