driving directions

• Coming from the South:
• Take Lincoln, heading north, until you get to Santa Monica Blvd.
• Cross Santa Monica Blvd. and turn left into the parking lot, located between the Mobil station and Arby's

• Coming from the North:
• Take Lincoln, heading south.
• After you pass Arizona Blvd go 1/2 block - just after Arby's and just before the Mobil station you will enter our parking lot by turning right.

• Coming from the East:
• Take the 10 freeway west and exit onto Lincoln Blvd. heading north.
• Take Lincoln until you get to Santa Monica Blvd.
• Cross Santa Monica Blvd. and turn left into the parking lot, located between the Mobil station and Arby's

parking/entering the clinic

There are 6 spots labeled PHYSICAL THERAPYWORKS at the east corner of the lot that are exclusively dedicated for patient parking. There are two entrances. If you would like to use our Santa Monica boulevard entrance, please exit the parking lot and walk south to Santa Monica boulevard, then turn right and proceed to 719 Santa Monica boulevard. The other entrance is off the parking lot. Exit your car and walk west. On your left you will see our "physical therapyworks" sign. To use this entrance you must descend several steps, so please do not use this entrance if you have any concerns or difficulties with gait or balance
